Rachel is a Reiki Master in the Usui Reiki tradition.
She earned her Bachelor’s
degree in 2006 at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in Education through Movement & the Creative Healing Arts as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching at Smith College here in Northampton, Massachusetts.
Rachel has earned a 200–hour Yoga Teacher certification from Patty Townsend at Embodyoga, and Rachel offers private yoga
sessions for you or your special event. She currently teaches a popular weekly Ashtanga Yoga class at Smith College:

Jenna, a student from the Dinner On Us program hosted a fabulous pamper party in her Spacious and Bodacious Basement. The ladies formulated their own Shea Divine Creations with their unique choice of pure essential oils from an A to Z bar of goodness.
Everyone received a chair massage and loosened up those neck and all–over muscles in their body. Many rolled beautiful bees wax pillar candles and even scented these with Vanilla and all sorts of goodies.
Everyone received a Beet Rouge for some sweet make–up.
Some purchased the Licorice Scrub and the Unique Shea Butter Bar.
The coolest part is that each participant paid only 20–25 bucks. Why should beauty care come at a high cost?
